I loved it, and I found the staff service-oriented. Food was great with plenty of alternatives. Bed was nice, the room was not only newly furnished, but also luxurious. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from first night. Excellent area.

It was a fantastic experience in general. Great bed, well designed bathroom and balcony and fridge in the room. Staff was willing to help, providing good service. Exceptional facilities and the pool was lovely. We loved the supper in wink & nod next to the hotel.

The staff was excellent and the accommodation was good modern. Unique location with a bus station based nearby the venue. Room was perfectly appointed and the bathroom was reasonably spacious, I enjoyed it. Nice breakfast, marvellous service.

Airy room with extra comfy bed, COMPLIMENTARY breakfast with lots of pretty good food. The location was ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from back bay. An attached restaurant was delightful.

Wi-fi was very poor. Some of the staff were quite busy.
